UK Orders
UK orders within 3 working days: £4.99 and £1.50 per additional item
All orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our centre.
We can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
International Orders
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
A surcharge is charged per extra item
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:
- Europe £9.99 (5-7days) £2.50 per additional item
- America / Rest of the World (5-10days) £12.99 £3.50 per additional item
