If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us on returns@steadyguy.co.uk with your reference number and let us know, when you are posting back the items and the tracking number of the return.
Return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge, this includes where delivery was free, regular items £3.95, footwear boxes £5,99), or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred (free echanges)

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. (We recomend Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class 'Signed for service')
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility (please note if returning goods for a refund even where delivery was free, a charge will be deducted for regular items £3.95, footwear boxes £5,99 to cover our initial postage charge)

Customer will not incur any postage deductions if the goods were incorrect or faulty.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us.
- Please DO NOT send the goods back via Special Delivery, unless instructed to do so.
